UNDATED (KTHV) - THV 11, a CBS affiliate, will cover the election of the Pope from March 12 to March 15.
CBS News will be on standby once the Conclave is in session to report on whether or not a new Pope has been elected.
When reporters see smoke, CBS News will go on the air with a brief special report even if a Pope is not elected; if a Pope is chosen, CBS will stay on air for an extended amount of time.
Coverage will be anchored live from Rome, with Charlie Rose, Norah O'Donnell and Scott Pelley.
