CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) - Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault that reportedly occurred at a fraternity house on Feb. 8.

According to the report, police learned last week that "possible illegal activity, in the form of a video being produced and distributed, had occurred at the Sigma Phi Epsilon house."

The report names three suspects in the incident and lists charges of video voyeurism and sexual assault, though it does not go into detail.

Arch Jones with UCA police says the department received an inquiry that mentioned Delta Zeta sorority and a video.

"We are in the process of putting all the pieces together at this time," said Jones in a statement.

UCA is not commenting on the matter, since it is a criminal investigation.
