Body of Tracey Suzanne Brock found in West Memphis bayou

WEST MEMPHIS, Tenn. (KTHV) - The body of a woman found in West Memphis has been identified.

West Memphis authorities says the body found in the "10 Mile Bayou" has been identified as Tracey Suzanne Brock, 35, of West Memphis.

Brock is originally from Cross County, Arkansas and had been enrolled at Mid-South Community College.

The cause of death is still unknown pending results from the Arkansas State Medical Examiner's Office. The case is being investigated by the West Memphis Police Dept.

A statement from the police department states, "We would like to thank the members of our community for their cooperation and assistance in identifying the victim so proper notification could be made to her family and loved ones. It may still take some time, though, to learn the cause and manner of her death."
