ALMA, Ark. (AP) - Authorities in Crawford County say a 6-year-old boy has died after the ATV he riding on flipped over and landed on top of him.
Sheriff Ron Brown says the boy was riding on the ATV with his father and a friend when it rolled over Tuesday night. The sheriff tells Fort Smith television station KHBS that the crash happened in a pasture south of Alma when the ATV went over a large bump.
Authorities say the boy was pronounced dead at a hospital. The two others suffered minor injuries.
