    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- A Benton County man faces charges after police say he was found with a badge, blue lights and a notebook with names and ages of kids.

    Eric Finnegan is a registered level-3 sex offender. He was convicted of the 4th degree sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl in 2008.

    KFSM reports he was arrested Friday afternoon in Rogers when officers pulled him over for a traffic violation.

    Finnegan is charged with felony first degree criminal impersonation, emergency lights by prohibited persons, excessive window tint, revoke of suspended sentence or probation, and theft of property.

    He is being held on a $50,000 bond.
