LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Here is a list of storm damage reports from the National Weather Service:
3:00 p.m. Texarkana, Ark. - A vehicle was found with windows blown out in parking lot of high school. Trees were also reported down.
4:00 p.m. - Wonderview, Ark. - A roof was blown off of a barn. NWS said a funnel cloud was sighted, so this damage may have been the result of a brief tornado touchdown.
4:15 p.m. - Welsh, Ark. - Chicken houses were damaged. Tree and power lines are also down.
4:15 p.m. Atkins, Ark. - Trees were blown down.
4:21 p.m. - Scotland, Ark. - Law enforcement reported a tornado on the ground.
4:24 p.m. - Clinton, Ark. - Tree were blown down, and houses were damaged on Scotland -Formosa Road
4:30 p.m. - Clinton, Ark. - Highway 95 was blocked by falling trees.
5:00 p.m. - Botkinburg, Ark. - A house and church is destroyed and an 18 wheeler is flipped over.
5:26 p.m. - Mt. Pine, Ark. - Arkansas State Police have reported the trees are down in this area. No injuries have been reported.
5:27 p.m. - Thornburg, Ark. - Trees were blown down on Highway 10, blocking the road.
5:35 p.m. - Collegeville, Ark. - Damage was reported, although the NWS did not give specific information.
5:38 p.m. - Glenwood, Ark. - Damage was found around 280 N. Bumblebee Road including house damaged, power lines down, and trees down.
5:40 p.m. - Mount Olive, Ark. - A house was destroyed in Izard County.
5:50 p.m. - Mountain View, Ark. - The Sheriff's Department has reported that power lines are down and trees are down near the Red Doors area. No injuries have been reported, and deputies are on their way to the impacted area to check on residents.
5:58 p.m. - Hamlet, Ark. - Trees were blown down on a store, and winds were estimated at 60-65 MPH.
6:03 p.m. - Morgan, Ark. - Wind damaged was reported, but NWS did not give specific details.
6:08 p.m. - Clinton, Ark. - A hospital employee has said that the Ozark Health Medical Health Center is under a "Code Delta," meaning additional workers have been called in to work and the hospital is functioning under an emergency plan. Several people have come in with injuries, but the hospital cannot comment on the type or severity of the injuries.
6:09 p.m. Vilonia, Ark. - Wind damages was reported, but NWS did not give specific information.
6:40 p.m. - Viola, Ark. - Trees were blown down.
6:51 p.m. - Horseshoe Bend, Ark. - Multiple houses sustained siding and roof damage. One building is partially collapsed, and many trees are down with several blocking roads.
7:05 p.m. - Evening Shade, Ark. - Multiple trees are down in and around Evening Shade. Several roads are currently blocked.
According to Entergy, around 6,788 customers were without power as of 9:47 p.m, most of them in Faulkner and White counties. First Electric Cooperative said around 423 customers were without power at the same time frame. They added that most of those numbers are in Saline County, Perry County, Garland County, and Conway County.
