I'm an avid "How I Met Your Mother" fan. I've been hanging onto Ted's every word in the CBS comedy about the hopeless romantic in his late-20s/early 30s since the first time he said to his brunette offspring, "Kids, I'm going to tell you the incredible story of how I met your mother." I can't get enough of it.

The last eight years have led up to what happened Monday: (This is NOT a spoiler if you haven't seen it- we've known about this for awhile now.) The possible reveal of the mother. I typically don't get to watch HIMYM live, so I DVR it and watch it when I get home from work. Since my job requires staying in tune with Twitter and Facebook, I was terrified I would accidentally stumble upon a tweet or Facebook post. We all knew the reveal was coming, but I was worried it would be a character we've already met, or that there would be a twist blurted out into the Twitterverse. All of this time spent waiting for the reveal, I was determined to find out for myself.

I could have really used a spoiler blocker on Twitter.

17-year-old Jennie Lamere's name has been plastered on blog after blog after winning Best In Show at the TVNext Hack event in Boston for her invention, Twivo.

According to Huffington Post, Twivo is an extension of Google Chrome that lets users decide what they would like to block on Twitter and for how long. For instance, if you're not watching "How I Met Your Mother" at 7 p.m. on a Monday night but still want to be on Twitter, you can enter "HIMYM" or even the full title, and you won't see the tweets that could spoil the ending. Hallelujah!

Huffington Post reports that Twivo is still in demo phase but should roll out soon.
