    Firework laws: Where you can, can't set off fireworks in central Ark.

    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Fireworks are one of the most spectacular parts of anyone's Fourth of July celebration, but you have to be careful where you enjoy them.

    In Arkadelphia, you can shoot off fireworks until 11 p.m.

    In Bryant, you can set off fireworks July 3-5 between noon and 10 p.m.

    In Lonoke, you can enjoy them July 3 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and July 4 from 10 a.m. to midnight.

    In Maumelle, you can set off fireworks on private property July 4th from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

    In Russellville, you can set off fireworks July 2-5 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.


    Fireworks are not allowed in the city of Batesville, and not allowed in Cabot and Sherwood unless you are a professional and you have approval from the mayor.

    It is illegal to possess fireworks in:

    • Little Rock
    • North Little Rock
    • Jacksonville
    • Hot Springs

    You can possess, but not set fireworks off in Benton, Searcy, Conway, and Pine Bluff.
