    Little Rock police investigating Saturday night shooting at Roosevelt and Arch streets

    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Sgt. Cassandra Davis with Little Rock police said a NLRPD officer, returning to North Little Rock after dropping off a prisoner at the jail, noticed a person in the intersection of Roosevelt and Arch streets. This was just before 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

    The officer immediately notified Little Rock police, and Sgt. Davis said they found Tyrone Harris, 33, in the roadway. Witnesses told police that Harris was shot an estimated three times by a man he was arguing with.

    According to Sgt. Davis, Harris' injuries are serious and as of 10:30 p.m. Saturday, he was being treated at a hospital.

    Witnesses told police that the man who reportedly shot Harris was wearing a red shirt and fled west from the scene. A suspect has not been determined at this time.
