UNDATED (KTHV) -- The newly-crowned Miss Arkansas stopped by THV 11 Studios on her first day with her new title.
Miss Diamond Lakes Amy Crain was crowned Saturday night in Hot Springs.
She says she will work to promote an anti-bullying message based on her own experience. She says she was bullied as a teenager growing up in El Dorado, where she received death threats.
She then moved to Hot Springs her senior year to finish high school.
Crain beat out 44 other contestants for the crown and will now represent Arkansas in the Miss America pageant in September in Atlantic City.
