LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Police have made an arrest in the shooting death of a 17-year-old.

Sgt. Cassandra Davis said Darryl Lea, 33, of Little Rock, is accused of shooting Jason Foster, of Altheimer, in the early morning hours of July 23. Foster later died of his injuries at St. Vincent Hospital.

Police found Foster with two apparent gunshots wounds on the porch of a home on Bradley Drive, and police believe he was actually shot a few houses down the street.

Davis said Lea was arrested on the same day as the shooting on West Markham Street. He has been charged with Capital Murder, Aggravated Robbery, and Theft of Property in relation to this incident.

Police have not released word on his bond or next court date appearance.
