PALM SPRINGS, CA (CNN/KMIR) -- Elvis Presley's Palm Springs home will soon be open to the public.
The King of Rock and Roll bought this house back in 1970. Since then it has been through several legal disputes, leaving the house in no-man's-land.
The first owner after Elvis had money issues so an investor now has ownership. The new owner plans to renovate the home to make it look like it did when Elvis lived there.
He plans to have it open by October.
