NEW YORK (CNN) -- CNN Money's Maribel Aber has your top business and financial news on this Monday, August 26.

    Gas Prices
You may have noticed you're spending less to fill your gas tank lately. The price at the gas pump continues to decline. The latest Lundberg Survey of 2,500 service stations nationwide shows a drop of four cents a gallon for regular in the past two weeks. In the past month, the price of a gallon is down 12 cents. The average price nationwide is $3.56 a gallon. Trilby Lundberg tells CNN the main reason for the recent decline is the abundance of gasoline supply. She says a drop of a few more cents a gallon is more likely than an increase in the short term.

Fed warned of global risks to tapering
As the Federal Reserve prepares to gradually wind down its stimulus program, some fear that the policy reversal could cause emerging economies to fall like dominoes. But the question is: Should the Fed really care? That's the focus of much debate at a gathering of central bankers and economists in Jackson Hole, Wyo., Saturday.

N.Y. attorney general suing Trump's school for fraud
New York's attorney general accused Donald Trump in a lawsuit Saturday of defrauding students who studied at the billionaire mogul's investment institute; though Trump's representative said a large majority of the school's alumni were satisfied with their experience.

When celebrities reach into your pocketbook
These days you're not really famous until they put your name in plastic. Everyone from Suze Orman to Elvis Presley has a prepaid debit card bearing their image. Although hers isn't the most expensive card on the market, Orman was criticized for being paid to endorse one. But their fame might cost you a fortune in fees, especially in the case of hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, whose card has the highest fees of any of his celebrity counterparts, a new survey finds.
