NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR (KTHV)-NLR Police have made an arrest in the robbery of the Bank of the Ozarks on Camp Robinson Road. Michael Boyd, 47, was taken into custody a short time after the robbery Friday afternoon.
According to police a man entered the bank just after 4pm and displayed a gun. He then left with an undisclosed amount of cash. Detectives were able to develop suspect vehicle information and stopped a vehicle on Highway 161.
Boyd was identified as the driver of that vehicle. Police say he confessed to the robbery after being interviewed.
Boyd is charged with Aggravated Robbery and Theft of Property. He is being held in the Pulaski County Detention Center with no bond.
