UNDATED (CNN) - Ladies, make room. With more men strolling through the grocery store these days, a new report says food companies are trying to cater to the guys.
According to "The Wall Street Journal," recent surveys have shown men doing a greater share than they used to of the shopping and cooking for their households. As a result, some food producers are trying to appeal to them by offering larger portions and darker colors on the packages.
You can find the different packaging in products such as Pro-Yo frozen yogurt, Hamburger Helper, and even some iced coffees.
