LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A Pulaski County rape suspect, also considered one of Pulaski County's "Most Wanted," has turned himself in.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for 23-year-old Colin Toatley. He is facing a charge of rape (forcible/weapon or strongarm).

According to the police report, on Oct. 17 a woman was sexually assaulted by a man she had met at a downtown bar after a night of drinking. She alleges the man followed her home, went inside her residence without her permission, and forcibly raped and assaulted her.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office released that warrants were out for Toatley's arrest on Thursday; he turned himself in Friday.
