Five arrested for seemingly operating meth house

    HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) - Five people were arrested on Monday October 28 and charged with drug offenses.

    The Cleburne County Sheriff's Office and the Heber Springs Police Department executed a search warrant at 712 East Clinton Place in Heber Springs on Oct. 28, 2013. Throughout the investigation, authorities located numerous drug paraphernalia items and a small amount of a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

    Michaela Samuels, 25, of Heber Springs; Forrest Noggle, 18, of Rosebud; Tawny Noggle,22, of Rosebud; and Matthew Verser, 22, of Tumbling Shoals were taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center. One additional suspect, a juvenile, was also taken into custody.

    Charges on the five suspects include Possession o f a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Drug Premis.
