LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The city of Little Rock board of directors approved several resolutions at a meeting on Tuesday.

One of the meeting's biggest resolutions: the city can now make an agreement with the Pankey Community Improvement Association to lease property on Cantrell road.

Little rock city manager, Bruce Moore, said it's all part the renovation of the west Little Rock police substation.

But, he said more agreements must be made before construction can start.

Moore said he feels very confident that the school district will be in a agreement.
