GREENBRIER, Ark. (KTHV) - Authorities said schools in a Faulkner County town were placed on lockdown after a domestic dispute.
According to Chief Deputy Matt Rice with the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, Greenbrier schools were placed on lockdown Wednesday afternoon when parents of children in the district were involved in a domestic dispute off-campus.
Chief Deputy Rice said the lockdown was placed as a precautionary measure, but nothing had happened on campus.
As of 3:30 p.m., it was unclear if the lockdown is still active.
