    Little Rock News:

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - MSN's real estate site has ranked Little Rock as the number one livable city.

MSN's ranking takes into account factors such as population, unemployment rate, cost of living and what the locals love.

The website said Little Rock is number one on their list because of the location and atmosphere. It also said although Little Rock is the largest city in the state, it is small enough to have a community feel.

Other cities listed include: Dubuque, Iowa; Anchorage, Alaska; Ithaca, N.Y.; Morgantown, W.Va; Billings, Mont.; Columbia, S.C.; Santa Fe, N.M.; College Station/Bryan, Texas; and Burlington, Vt.
