Guardian Angels Cat Rescue & Adoption Shelter was started in 1999 by Virginia Harvey, who was soon joined by other volunteers. GACC has been at the 873 Park Avenue, Hot Springs, Arkansas, location since about 2001.
Every volunteer cares deeply about the welfare of the many homeless but adoptable cats and kittens in Hot Springs and Garland County.
Their continued existence depends entirely upon donations, purchases from their thrift shop, and a stable crew of dedicated volunteers. They are always in need of these resources in order to continue our work.
They believe that a cageless shelter promotes a more homelike environment for the cats and for prospective adopters. You can make the acquaintance of each of the cats and have a better chance of finding the right fit for your or your family. Their goal is to find permanent indoor homes that will provide proper care and plenty of love to these deserving felines!
