Pets Haven is a "no-kill" non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation for animal rescue based in NW Arkansas. Pets Haven was founded in 1992 but rescue efforts go back more than 20 years.
They rescue primarily feral and stray cats and dogs but take in owner surrenders, whenever space is available.
