At THV 11, Max works as a Multi-Media Journalist. You'll notice him in the field with a big backpack carrying all the tools of the trade.
Max previously worked as a reporter for WIFR-TV in Rockford, IL for two and half years. Before that, he spent a year and a half in Big Sky Country, working as a one-man band reporter for KCFW-TV in Kalispell, Montana.
Max went to college at Washington University in St. Louis. After graduating in 2000, he wrote for the Daily Herald Newspaper in the Chicago suburbs for a few years. Then it was off to graduate school at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL to pursue broadcast journalism.
Max enjoys the live and visual nature of television news and the chance to tell "real people" stories whenever he can.
In his free time, Max enjoys running, playing tennis, movies and traveling. He plans to include lots of Natural State exploring in his future travels.
