TUCKERMAN, Ark. (AP) -- Authorities say a Newport man wanted for questioning about the beating death of his stepfather in Tuckerman has been found in a psychiatric hospital in Toledo, Ohio.

Thirty-five-year-old Ike Shawndale Nunn had been identified as a
person of interest in the death of 61-year-old Cecil Phillips of
Tuckerman. Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce says Nunn has not been arrested or charged in the case.

Authorities say Nunn checked himself into the Ohio hospital and
that Arkansas State Police investigators will travel there to
question him.

Phillips' body was found Sunday after a neighbor asked police to
check on him because he had not been seen in several days.

Boyce says a preliminary autopsy report shows that Phillips died
of blunt force trauma and had a fractured skull.
