LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Officer Bruce Jones with the Little Rock Police Department sits down with THV's Liz Massey to talk about this week's Capital City Cold Case tonight at 6:00.
It happened October 17, 1998, at the 3300 block of West 22nd in Little Rock. Officer Jones says Timothy Tyson was a passenger in a vehicle, a white, four-door 1979 Cadillac Deville.
Officer Jones says the driver stopped the vehicle to let Tyson out to talk to an unknown subject. The driver then heard several shots, looked over and saw that Tyson had been shot in the back of the head. The driver then took Tyson to the hospital where he died.
