PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) - Pine Bluff police say the man wanted for allegedly killing Devan Ward in April of this year has been captured.
Police say that on Tuesday, DeAndre Brown, 19, was arrested at his home on East 7th Avenue. He was taken into custody without incident.
Brown was wanted for a capital murder charge in the murder of Ward. He is being held without bond at the Jefferson County Dub Brassell Detention Center.
