Fayetteville, Ark. (KFSM) -- CBS affiliate KFSM reports Fayetteville Police have arrested a Springdale man in connection with a 2006 cold case.
Police announced Wednesday night they will charge Rico Cohn, 26, with capital murder in the death of 21-year-old Nina Ingra.
The college student was found strangled in her apartment.
