WARD, Ark. (KTHV) - A Ward man was arrested Friday, and is now facing drug charges.
Deputies say 30-year-old John Darrick McReynolds was arrested in his home on Willard Street. He is facing two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premise, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the Lonoke County Sheriff's Office, when McReynolds opened his door to the investigators, he slammed it closed and ran into the bathroom. He was then taken into custody without incident.
Deputies say a small amount of marijuana and drug-related paraphernalia were found at his home.
