LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A couple accused of kidnapping a 5-year-old girl at gunpoint is scheduled for a court hearing next year.

On Monday, a Little Rock judge transferred the cases of Tabitha Keys and Leshaun Gray to Circuit Court.

Keys and Gray are accused of going to a home, 1923 S. Main Street in Little Rock, Sunday morning and taking Keys' biological daughter. Gray reportedly pointed a weapon at the child's guardian while Keys took the child. While police were working to issue a Morgan Nick Amber Alert, they received information on where the suspects and child may be.

The suspects were located Sunday afternoon at Keys' sister's house in Little Rock; the child was found there safely. Gray and Keys were charged with aggravated robbery and endangering the welfare of a minor.

On Monday, a judge issued Gray a $250,000 bond, while Keys received a $300,000 bond. Their Circuit Court hearing will be January 7, 2013.
