DALLAS COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) -- All three suspects in the Nancy Harvill murder case appeared in court Friday.
According to Dallas County prosecutor Thomas Wynne, public defenders waived John Aldrich, Christopher Aldrich and Sherri Brown's arraignments, which means they were read their charges and requested that the court enter pleas of not guilty.
The charges they face include first-degree murder, kidnapping, domestic battery in the first degree, hindering apprehension or prosecution, and abuse of corpse.
All three suspects are next in court March 20th for a status hearing.
The Aldrich's are Harvill's step-brothers and Brown is her step-mother.
