LONOKE COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - Lonoke County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a level 3 sex offender for failure to register.

According to Sheriff John Staley, 39-year-old Michael Robert White was arrested at his home in Cabot around 1:50 p.m. Tuesday and taken to the Lonoke County Detention Facility.

In the state of Arkansas, a level 3 sex offender is at high risk to re-offend and is require to re-register with the sheriff's office every 6 months
