Man in custody for Pine Bluff murder

PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) -- The Pine Bluff Police Department has arrested a third suspect in the murder of another man.

Pine Bluff Police announced Sunday night that Jamal Pridgeon was arrested Nov. 24 for the shooting death of Terrance Brooks on the 2000 block of West 29th Street Nov. 16. Pridgeon was booked into the Jefferson County Jail around 4:17 p.m.

Jamal Pridgeon was originally wanted by police for capital murder. The public was told to consider him armed and dangerous.

Police said two other suspects were taken into custody, but they werequestionedand released.

Pridgeon was developed as a suspect through continued investigation of the Pine Bluff Police Detective Division.
