NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Runoff elections will be held across the state Tuesday, including for North Little Rock mayor.
Earlier this month, Tracy Steele captured 48% of the vote, while Joe Smith received 41% of support in the General Election.
Neither candidate received more than 50% of the vote, which caused Tuesday's runoff.
The two men are vying to fill Mayor Patrick Hays seat, who announced last year he would not be seeking re-election.
Mayor Hays has been in office since 1988.
