HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - U.S. Rep. Tom Cotton is holding a "coffee with your congressman" event in Hot Springs.
Cotton is expected to meet with constituents Wednesday morning at the First Church of the Nazarene. His office says the event is a casual opportunity for constituents to visit with Cotton directly.
Cotton is a former management consultant from Dardanelle who was elected to represent south Arkansas' 4th congressional district. He served in the Army in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Cotton is widely viewed as a potential challenger to Democratic U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor next year, and Democratic groups have begun airing ads criticizing him.
The event begins at 9 a.m.
