Man killed in Ark. gyrocopter crash identified

BRYANT, Ark. (AP) - According to police, one person was killed when a gyrocopter crashed near the Saline County Regional Airport in Bryant.
On Tuesday, the victim was identified as 76-year-old Jack Payne Sr. of Little Rock. 
Officers and firefighters were called about 4:30 p.m. Saturday to a field near the airport and say the pilot was 
Police say the Federal Aviation Administration is investigating. No further updates as to what caused the crash have been released at this time. 
A gyrocopter is a rotary-wing aircraft similar in appearance to a small helicopter with a propeller mounted in the rear.
