4 men arrested for Waffle House robbery in Searcy

SEARCY, Ark. (KTHV) – On Sept. 13, 2016 at approximately 1:30 a.m., Searcy police officers responded to an aggravated robbery at Waffle House at 3305 East Race in Searcy.  The cash register was taken from the restaurant.

A vehicle description was given to local law enforcement agencies and a White County Sheriff’s deputy located the vehicle.

After a vehicle pursuit involving officers from Searcy Police Department, White County Sheriff’s Office, and Austin Police Department, the suspect vehicle was disabled and four people were taken into custody and interviewed.  Two firearms and two cash registers were recovered from the vehicle.

Terrence Robinson, 19, of North Little Rock was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and fleeing. His bond was set at $100,000.00.   Keylan Comic, 18, Chandler Bragg, 19, and Deshaun Morton, 18, all of Little Rock were arrested and also charged with aggravated robbery.  Their bonds were set at $100,000.00.  

This case is still under investigation.

Their arrests come as multiple Waffle Houses have reported robberies in which the cash register was stolen.
