Arkansas truck driver killed in semitrailer crash

DOMINO, Texas (AP) - An Arkansas truck driver has died in a two-semitrailer collision near Texarkana.

A Texas Department of Public Safety spokeswoman says 57-year-old Lonnie Warmick of Nashville, Arkansas, was killed Thursday morning. She says Warmick was driving a logging truck southbound on U.S. Highway 59 near Domino, Texas. She says he collided with a flat-bed trailer that was attempting to turn around.

It's unclear if the driver of the flat-bed or his passenger were injured.

The Texas Department of Safety is investigating the crash.
