Arrest made in deaths of 2 crushed at Ark. salvage yard

POPE COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) -- An arrest has been made in the deaths of two men found crushed at an Arkansas salvage yard earlier this week.

According to Ramona Woods with the Pope County Sheriff's Office, Tyler Barefield, 35, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of capital murder. 

The bodies of Aaron Brock, 22, and Beau Dewitt, 22, were recovered Tuesday. 

The two had been reported missing from Dardenelle last Friday, and their last known location was the U-Pull-It Auto Salvage Yard just outside Russellville city limits.  

Barefield was arraigned on Friday and is being held with no bond.
