Arrest made in homicide of Debbie Bush

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Little Rock Police have arrested Joe Wicker, 41, for the homicide of Debbie Bush. He was interviewed and charged with Capital Murder.

Lt. Sidney Allen said that the car belonging to Debbie Bush, who was found murdered in her home on the 4100 block of Tatum Street, was recovered Tuesday night around 9 p.m. in the 7600 block of Morris Drive in southwest Little Rock.

When police arrived at Bush's home Tuesday, they noticed her 2002 Cadillac DeVille was missing, and police considered it stolen.

Lt. Allen said any person that may have information about the occupants driving that vehicle are encouraged to call 371-4660.

The cause of Bush's death and the time have yet to be determined.
