Missing man's vehicle found in Saline County

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – Lonoke County authorities said the vehicle a missing man was said to be driving at the time of his disappearance has been found.

Saline County Sheriff Cleve Barfield said the vehicle 24-year-old Steven Roach was last known to be driving was recovered in the woods off of White Oak Pond Drive in Mabelvale Wednesday night. He said the truck was a tan, 1999 model GMC Jimmy.

Roach was last seen leaving Reeves Re-Cycling in North Little Rock the morning of June 30. At the time Roach reportedly said he was going to take his father's vehicle home in Lonoke County, but as of July 17 his family still has not heard from him.

Roach is said to stand at 5 feet, 7 inches and weigh around 186 pounds. He has a scar on his left wrist and does have a disability. He was last seen wearing a red Arkansas Razorback t-shirt and dark pants. He was driving a tan 1999 Jimmy SUV with license plate 050 RMT. The left rear cargo area is broken and taped with plastic.
