Teen charged with manslaughter back in court

BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) – According to Lt. Scottie Courtney, Charles Sadler, 18, who was originally charged with manslaughter after a hill jumping incident earlier this month, appeared in court on Monday.

Since he was released on a $10,000 bond, he has since been pulled over for allegedly driving 94 mph on the interstate. He was cited for speeding and reckless driving, which violated his release agreement. His bond was then revoked and he was arrested.

When he appeared in court on Monday, he was not given a bond.
