Two arrested for home invasion in Benton

BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) -- Two suspects are facing charges in connection to multiple vehicle break-ins and a home invasion robbery that occurred last month.

The incidents occurred on February 24 in the Northshore, Oakbrook Cove and Denise neighborhoods in Benton.

The victims in the home invasion told officers that three men, at least one brandishing a handgun, entered the home and robbed them before fleeing in an unknown direction. No one was injured during the incident.

On March 14, detectives with the Benton Police Department arrested 23-year-old Henry Lee Conley and 25-year-old Jacki Jamaal Fossette, both of Little Rock in connection to the incidents.

Conley and Fossette each face charges of aggravated residential burglary, 10 counts of breaking and entering and theft of property.

Both are being held at the Saline County Detention Center with no bond.

“Our detectives diligently put in countless hours and dedication toward identifying and apprehending the suspects in this case,” Chief Kirk Lane said. “We encourage the public to continue communicating with us any information on this incident or any other suspected incident. The communication with the public and hard work of our detectives is essential in successfully solving cases. We anticipate more arrests as this case progresses.”

This is an on-going investigation and additional arrests could be forthcoming. Anyone with information about the suspects or information about the incidents is encouraged to contact the Benton Police Department at 501-778-1171 or 501-315-TIPS.
