Benton Police set up a crime scene at the intersection of Gum and Thompson Street.

It was later confirmed by the Saline County Coroner's Office that the body was that of Stephanie Turntine, the woman who has been missing from Pine Bluff.

Molten Oglesby, Turntine's husband, turned himself in at the Jefferson County Jail shortly before 6 p.m. Sunday.

He has been arrested and charged with capital murder and kidnapping, according to Pine Bluff Police. He is currently being held in Jefferson County Jail.

The couple was originally discovered missing on Tuesday, February 28, when officers responded to a welfare check at the 4400 block of West 4th Street. Once they arrived, they found the front door open and what they described as a "large amount of blood in the residence."
