Clinton School releases travel study

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The Clinton School of Public Service released a study on the city's transportation.

The students researched similar cities with the best practices: Fayetteville, Austin, Chatanooga and Memphis.

In the study, they learned that Little Rock could easily be a world-class city for active transportation, but it lacks funding, connectivity and incentives.

They also think bicycles should be viewed as transportation, not just recreation.
