Cooking delicious meals with ancient grains

Food blogger Debbie Arnold joined THV11 This Morning to show us how to make delicious, healthy meals using ancient grains.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- They may be ancient, but they're making a comeback.

Ancient grains are certainly more nutritious than refined grain products. But healthy whole grains need not be exotic. Common foods like brown rice, whole grain pasta, oatmeal, popcorn and whole wheat bread offer the same whole grain goodness, and often at lower price points.
