FORREST CITY, Ark. (AP) - Authorities in Forrest City say two cousins arguing over whether a door should be closed were injured when a gun accidentally discharged during the disagreement.
Forrest City police say that one of the men had a gun in his pocket when they began arguing Tuesday afternoon. Detective Sgt. Jeff Nichols said that the gun went off during the dispute, and both men were struck in their legs.
Authorities say a police dog found the gun about a block away from where the shooting occurred.
