LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Governor Asa Hutchinson officially signs the law that will scale back the state's hybrid Medicaid expansion.
The proposed changes to Arkansas Works will move 60,000 people off the program and impose a work requirement on some of the remaining participants. The changes must be approved by the federal government.
The program uses Medicaid funds to buy private insurance for low-income residents.
