Grady Police Chief's wife shot in shoulder, Ark. State Police investigating

STAR CITY, Ark. (KTHV) - The Arkansas State Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Monday afternoon in Star City.

According to police, 43-year-old Treshia Hunter reported that she was shot in the shoulder. Hunter is the wife of Grady Police Chief Kenny Hunter.

She was transported to a nearby hospital to treat her injury, but it is believed to be a non-life threatening injury.

The investigation is still ongoing.
