Millage increase vote set for February 2016

JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (KTHV) - The Jacksonville North Pulaski School District is asking voters to support a 7.6 millage increase.

District officials told THV11 that the funds will be used for infrastructure and upgrades to the district's aging facilities. That includes a new high school, a new elementary school and multi-purpose facilities at Bayou Meto, Dupree, Pinewood and Taylor elementary schools.

A special election is set for February 9 of 2016.
