Two homicides being investigated on Westmont Circle by the Little Rock Police Department.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Little Rock police are investigating two separate homicides. One occurred on Elm and one on Westmont Circle.

The incident on Elm Street was a murder/suicide. It happened around 3:23 a.m. Sunday morning. Police were called out to Elm Street to investigate a suicide attempt. When they arrived, they found the body of 28-year-old Anna Williamson in her apartment.

Police believe her death is a homicide. She was not shot and her body is being sent to the crime lab to determine a cause of death.

Police then went to another apartment and found 35-year-old Earnest Purdiman dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Police believe he went to Williamson's apartment, killed her, and then shot himself in his apartment.

The second homicide happened Sunday morning at Westmont Circle. 36-year-old Naomi Estrada's body was found in her apartment by her sister.

Police believe that Estrada knew her killer, but they have not determined what type of relationship they had. Estrada's body has been sent to the crime lab to determine a cause of death.
